1.3 How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer $8 Flat Rate Shipping in the U.S. For these shipments we use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on shipment weight.
1.4 Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If you need your order quickly, we offer expedited shipping, with shipping costs based on your location and the weight of your order. Before placing your expedited order, however, we suggest contacting us at email@example.com so that we can help you determine the shipping cost and delivery times.

At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.
1.6 Do you accept returns on online purchases?
We accept returns on all purchases made online, except makeup products. Per our Return Policy, returns are non-refundable, and are exchanged for store credit or new merchandise only. If you’re in our local area, you’re more than welcome to return items to our store located at 640 Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.
Please note, returns must be sent back or brought into our store within 14 days of when you received your package or we will unfortunately not be able to accept them.
Are there any provisions for returning items?
In order to receive store credit for returns, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all tags and packaging. Otherwise, we unfortunately will not be able to accept them. dmonaco designs reserves the right to refuse a return if it arrives back to us worn, without a tag and/or without its original packaging.
1.7 How do I return my item(s)?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’ll be returning your item(s). Then, simply ship the merchandise back to us, and – once we’ve received the return – we’ll provide you with store credit and free shipping back on your new item.
1.8 Do you accept returns on sale items as well?
Yes. We follow the same return policy for both full price and sale items purchased online.
1.9 Can I return makeup purchased on your website?
No, unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our beauty products at this time.
1.10 What forms of payment do you accept through the online store?
We accept all major credit cards
1.11 How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, let us know right away at email@example.com. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel, and rather will have to go through the traditional Returns process outlined above.
